Limited provides support to all clients
through the usual channels of telephone or e-mail
and is pleased to answer questions at any time
regarding its products.
If
a product fails and it is not possible to diagnose
the fault via e-mail or telephone then a replacement
hardware service is available.
On
receipt of the faulty item a replacement will
be made free of charge for one year from the
date of purchase, providing the item has been
used in the correct way and has not been tampered
with, vandalised, or otherwise
mis-used.
Software
updates for the Standard machines will be free
of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
